Qualifications

• Advanced Excel proficiency; ARGUS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial modeling, annual property valuations, lease underwriting, and investment analysis.
• Develop asset business plans and monitor portfolio performance against benchmarks.
• Prepare investment recommendations and support strategic decision-making across leasing, operations and property management.
