RETS Associates on behalf of our client is seeking a Senior Manager, Asset Management in Irvine, CA to support the financial analysis and strategic management of a 16MSF commercial office portfolio in Orange County. This role will focus on property valuations, underwriting, business planning, and asset performance while partnering closely with leasing, operations, and property management teams.

The Senior Manager will be responsible for financial modeling, annual property valuations, lease and acquisition underwriting, investment analysis, and market research. This individual will drive value for the portfolio by developing asset business plans, monitoring portfolio performance against financial and operational benchmarks, preparing investment recommendations, and owning the strategic decision-making

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial real estate asset management or investment analysis experience
• Strong financial modeling skills, including DCF, IRR, and NPV analysis
• Advanced Excel proficiency; ARGUS experience preferred
• Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, property valuations, lease underwriting, and investment analysis
• Strong understanding of financial statements and corporate finance concepts
• Experience preparing business plans, forecasts, and asset performance reporting
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
• Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
