Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in business, real estate or related field preferred.
• 2-5 years of REO Asset Management experience.
• Strong MS Office and Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create and issue routine reports to ensure providers meet SLAs.
• Facilitate meetings to review performance and address delays.
• Review asset values and pricing to make disposition recommendations.
• Identify aged assets for weekly strategy reviews.
• Prepare aged asset review documents with marketing history and liquidation recommendations.
• Assist Asset Managers in identifying assets for auction and price-change recommendations.
• Ensure timely, quality, and complete property documentation.
• Provide routine updates to VP and assigned Client.
• Update policy/procedures as processes and client expectations change.
• Facilitate training as needed.
• Compile reports for asset management tasks.
