Job summary

Auction.com in Irvine, CA is hiring an Online Asset Merchandising Specialist I to manage foreclosure files through all stages up to auction. You will ensure compliance with state statutes and investor guidelines, while maintaining data accuracy across the Auction.com platform.

You will ingest and validate asset data in Salesforce, organize property photos and documents, perform routine data audits, and support internal and external teams to deliver timely, compliant foreclosure auctions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Strong problem solving and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Detail oriented with data accuracy and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and ingest attorney and servicer asset data tapes into Salesforce and internal systems.
• Validate the structure and accuracy of incoming data tapes per formatting specifications and investor/servicer standards.
• Use VLOOKUP and other lookups to validate and reconcile data against internal records.
• Apply filters, pivot tables, and data cleansing to organize data prior to Salesforce ingestion.
• Manage and update property photos, foreclosure documents, and sale materials on internal and external platforms.
• Perform routine audits of posted materials to ensure data integrity.
• Ensure property photos and documents are current and compliant.
• Correct errors to prevent misinformation on the Auction.com platform.
