As a Portfolio Analytics & Strategy Analyst Sr. within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Birmingham, AL, Cleveland, OH, and Dallas, TX. This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager’s discretion.

Job Description
  • Collaborate with a team of incident managers and data analytics specialists.
  • Work with monitoring team to identify fraud events.
  • Analyze & assess fraud incident impact and anatomy of fraud attacks.
  • Support the development and implementation of solutions to contain and prevent fraud incidents with security and technology partners.
  • Coordinate response & other communications to key partners regarding action items for containment and prevention.
  • Work with security, technology, and product partners to develop solutions that prevent and contain fraud incidents.
  • Document the facts, figures, actions taken, and analysis completed to contain and prevent fraud incidents.
  • Complete ongoing monitoring to ensure the fraud incident was properly prevented.
