This role reports to the VP of Strategy & Competitive Intelligence and involves leading cross-functional teams, developing strategic plans, and managing transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive company transformation.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking.
• Collaboration: Work with various teams to improve organizational effectiveness.
• Project Leadership: Lead transformation projects, including process and technology changes.
• Workshops & Training: Facilitate skill-building sessions for strategic capabilities.
