Anywhere Real Estate is looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our Strategy Office. This key role involves spearheading strategic initiatives and transforming our enterprise to improve the real estate experience for agents, consumers, and employees. If you excel in strategy development, transformation, and change management, and have a proven track record of leading complex projects, we want you on our team!

Reporting to the VP of Strategy & Competitive Intelligence, this high-profile position offers exposure across all functions and business units, with potential for growth into operational roles. You will work closely with executive leadership, leading strategic thinking, development, and cross-functional projects as part of a 'SWAT team'.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive corporate strategy and transformation initiatives.
  2. Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to inform strategic decisions.
  3. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to improve organizational efficiency.
  4. Project Leadership: Lead transformation projects, including process improvements, technology integration, and restructuring.
  5. Workshops & Training: Facilitate workshops and training to build strategic capabilities.
  6. Progress Monitoring: Track and report on initiative progress, ensuring alignment with goals.
  7. Communication: Collaborate with the communications team to share the company's strategy internally.
  8. Project Management: Oversee projects, ensuring timely delivery.
  9. Business Cases: Create business cases, work plans, and form cross-functional teams.
  10. Lifecycle Support: Support decision-making during the full project lifecycle.
  11. KPI Establishment: Support strategy development, initiative prioritization, and KPI setting.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related; MBA preferred.
  • At least 5 years in strategy development, corporate transformation, or management consulting.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills; experience leading large projects.
  • Knowledge of industry trends in strategy and change management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with digital transformation, AI, and automation.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Understanding of financial analysis and business case development.
