Qualifikationen

• B.S. in Accounting/Finance required.
• Preferably 2 years of property management experience with GAAP reporting.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency in communicating clearly.

Aufgaben

• Prepare monthly financial reports.
• Reconcile balance sheets and oversee cash management.
• Perform cash flow analysis and assist with budgets for lease-up properties.
• Audit property transactions and coordinate month-end close.
• Review General Ledger and Accounts Payable coding for each community.
