Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• CPA eligibility or CPA preferred.
• 4–6 years in property management accounting.
• 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Experience with property management accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly financial reporting accuracy and timeliness.
• Review journal entries, GL activity, and reconciliations for accuracy.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances.
• Collaborate with regional teams, property managers, and AP/AR.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
• Supervise and mentor accounting team.
• Lead performance reviews and support career growth.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable work environment.
• Support strategic initiatives and special projects from Property Controller.
