Forest Creek Apartments in Conroe, TX is seeking a Porter / Make Ready to prepare vacant units for market-ready status and support maintenance on-site. Qualifications

• 1+ years in maintenance or custodial preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Must be able to occasionally lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements.
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
• Keep the property clean and free of trash and debris.
• Pick up trash around buildings, parking areas, and common spaces.
• Clean breezeways, stairwells, and other shared areas.
• Maintain dumpster and trash areas.
• Assist the maintenance team with light tasks when needed.
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management.
• Help keep the community neat and welcoming for residents.
