Qualifications

• Ability to read and write in English for safety and task completion.
• Previous groundskeeping or maintenance experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all public and common areas in a clean, neat and attractive condition.
• Clean and maintain the pool area daily and arrange furnishings.
• Assist with make-ready of vacant units.
• Maintain trash and dumpster areas and remove debris.
• Deliver resident notices and assist maintenance staff as needed.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks and respond to service requests promptly.
• Follow safety practices and participate in trainings.
• Wear company-maintained uniforms and safety gear at all times.
