Forest Creek Apartments in Conroe, TX is seeking a Porter / Make Ready to prep vacant apartments for market readiness and support light maintenance tasks. You will help keep hallways, common areas, and exterior spaces clean and welcoming.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in maintenance or custodial work is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be able to occasionally lift 50 lbs.
