Forest Creek Apartments in Conroe, TX is seeking a Porter / Make Ready to prepare vacant units for market-ready status and support maintenance on-site. The role requires attention to detail and ability to work with the maintenance team to keep common areas clean and residents satisfied. Tarantino Properties, Inc.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in maintenance or custodial preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Must be able to occasionally lift 50 lbs.

• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service
• Keep the property clean and free of trash and debris
• Pick up trash around buildings, parking areas, and common spaces
• Clean breezeways, stairwells, and other shared areas
• Maintain dumpster and trash areas
• Assist the maintenance team with light tasks when needed
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management

Requirements
