Avenue5 Residential is seeking a porter to maintain the grounds, amenities, and property exteriors at Main Street Flats. You will support the leasing office, tour path, parking areas, and related spaces to maximize curb appeal and resident satisfaction.

We value meticulous cleaning, reliable teamwork, and prompt reporting of maintenance issues. The role requires a high school diploma and strong English skills, with a professional image and valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Must maintain professional appearance and comply with uniform policy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, tour path, parking lots and other areas for optimal curb appeal and customer satisfaction.
• Remove trash and debris daily in office areas and property perimeter.
• Assist in preparation of market ready units and model homes.
• Pressure wash exterior buildings and sidewalks as needed.
• Report maintenance and life-safety issues promptly.
• Interact courteously with current and potential residents at all times.
• Foster positive relationships with residents, other properties and agencies.
• Other duties as assigned.
