Job summary

SunSource is looking for an individual to manage invoicing tasks including entering invoices into customer payment portals and following up on rejections. The role requires attention to detail and a high school diploma or GED. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and previous billing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Computer skills in Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office are required.
• Previous experience with credit/billing and/or portal billing entry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter invoices into customer payment portals daily.
• Send rejections to the proper analyst or customer service representative.
• Follow up on rejected invoices.
• Handle the invoicing mailbox for emailed invoice kickbacks.
• Distribute invoices to the correct analyst for handling.
• Run all credit card payments.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
