Job summary

SunSource is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to lead a team focused on delivering exceptional service to customers and outside sales representatives. The role coordinates with account managers and internal departments to ensure accurate responses and timely processing of requests.

Responsibilities

• Support customers and outside sales representatives with product and service inquiries.
• Process requests related to pricing and quotations.
• Process product availability and delivery schedules and order status updates.
• Handle returns and credits and expedite orders where needed.
• Provide technical product assistance and documentation as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records in company systems and collaborate with sales, operations and vendor partners to resolve issues.
