Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years as a Service Advisor/Consultant in a luxury/high-line automotive brand.
• Solid understanding of automotive systems, maintenance schedules, diagnostics, and warranty procedures.
• Exceptional communication skills across verbal, written, and phone.
• Experience with automotive Dealer Management Systems; CDK preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record; able to pass background checks and drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove hospitality and greet Porsche owners professionally.
• Document repair notes and assess customer concerns for technicians.
• Educate clients on required and recommended services and maintenance per Porsche specs.
• Communicate upfront labor and parts costs and update customers on status.
