Job summary

Porsche Charlotte Northlake is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Porsche Service Consultant to join our premier service center. As the primary bridge between Porsche owners and our certified technical team, you will deliver a white-glove, consultative ownership experience worthy of the Porsche brand.

The ideal candidate blends high-line automotive service expertise, active listening, and technical knowledge to guide clients through vehicle maintenance, performance upgrades, and repairs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Service Advisor/Consultant in a luxury or high-line automotive brand (Porsche, Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Lexus).
• Solid understanding of modern automotive systems, maintenance schedules, diagnostic processes, and warranty procedures.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and phone communication capabilities.
• Experience with automotive Dealer Management Systems, CDK preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to pass pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver White-Glove Hospitality: Greet Porsche owners promptly with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Active Needs Assessment: Listen to customer concerns regarding vehicle performance and document notes on the repair order for technical review.
• Consultative Recommendations: Educate clients on required and recommended services, maintenance, and performance upgrades according to Porsche specifications.
• Transparent Communication: Provide clear, upfront cost estimates for labor and genuine Porsche parts; update clients on status and timelines.
