Job summary

POP MART is hiring a Retail Store Manager in Culver City, CA. You will lead all store operations, build a high‑performing team, and deliver a premium customer experience that showcases POP MART's brand and collectibles.

You will own store performance, implement visual merchandising standards, and develop talent while reporting to the District/Area Manager. The role requires evenings/weekends and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience leading high‑volume, customer‑focused retail stores.
• Proven success managing sales performance, operational execution, and team development.
• Experience leading teams of 10 or more employees, including coaching and developing leaders.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and the ability to use business metrics to drive performance.
• Experience executing visual merchandising standards and marketing initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, coach, develop, and retain a high‑performing leadership team and store associates.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and customer‑first culture that reflects POP MART's values and brand.
• Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and development conversations to grow future leaders.

• Build succession plans and develop internal talent for future growth opportunities.
