Job summary

CoralTree Hospitality Group is seeking a Pool Attendant / Server to deliver guest-focused food and beverage service by the pool and in outdoor recreation areas. You will welcome guests, set up lounge areas, assist with seating, towels, and guest requests, and help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming pool environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service/food & beverage experience.
• Ability to work in a fast pace team environment.
• Must be detail oriented and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the pool area and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Set up and maintain pool furniture, umbrellas, towels, and guest amenities.
• Monitor pool areas for cleanliness and report safety concerns or maintenance issues.
• Take food and beverage orders from guests in poolside areas.
• Deliver food, beverages, and amenities promptly and accurately.
• Ensure all orders meet quality and presentation standards.
• Assist guests with menu questions and provide recommendations when appropriate.
• Process guest checks and payment transactions according to hotel procedures.
• Clear tables, loungers, and service areas of used dishes, glassware, and trash.
• Restock service stations, condiments, utensils, towels, and other supplies as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of pool decks, cabanas, and service areas.
• Communicate guest requests and concerns to appropriate departments and management.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, alcohol service, and hotel operating procedures.
• Provide exceptional service to enhance the overall guest experience
