Job summary

Town & Country Resort is seeking a pool attendant to greet guests, maintain pool areas, and assist with poolside service. You’ll help ensure a safe, clean, and inviting environment for guests enjoying the resort’s pool facilities.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or guest service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional demeanor in a fast-paced outdoor setting.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of pool safety standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service around the pool.
• Set up and maintain lounge chairs, umbrellas, towels, and cabanas.
• Keep pool areas clean, organized, and compliant with health standards.
• Monitor guest activity to promote a safe and relaxing environment.
• Refresh towels and amenities promptly.
• Assist with food and beverage service with the restaurant team as needed.
• Respond to guest requests with urgency and professionalism.
• Enforce pool rules and hotel policies respectfully.
• Support opening and closing duties, including setup and breakdown of the pool deck.
