Job summary

You will maintain the pool bar, verify guest ages, take orders, coordinate with servers and kitchen, and ensure safety and sanitation while working outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Experience in poolside beverage service or hospitality.
• Knowledge of standard beverage preparation and service.
• Ability to stand for extended periods in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel standards.
• Provide friendly, professional, and personalized service to pool guests.
• Verify guest age and identification in compliance with applicable alcohol service laws.
• Take beverage and food orders and provide menu recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool bar and surrounding service areas.
• Monitor beverage inventory and restock supplies, garnishes, ice, and glassware as needed.
• Process guest payments and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and address guest concerns professionally.
• Set up and break down pool bar operations before and after service.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hotel operating procedures.
• Collaborate with servers, attendants, kitchen staff, and management to ensure a seamless guest experience.
