Job summary

CoralTree Hospitality is seeking a Pool Attendant / Server in Sedona, AZ to provide welcoming, guest-focused service at the pool and outdoor recreation areas. You will take orders, deliver meals and drinks, set up lounge areas, and ensure cleanliness and safety across pool decks and adjacent spaces.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service/food & beverage experience.
• Ability to work in a fast pace team environment.
• Must be detail oriented and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the pool area and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Set up and maintain pool furniture, umbrellas, towels, and guest amenities.
• Monitor pool areas for cleanliness and report safety concerns or maintenance issues.
• Take food and beverage orders from guests in poolside areas.
• Deliver food, beverages, and amenities promptly and accurately.
• Ensure all orders meet quality and presentation standards.
• Assist guests with menu questions and provide recommendations when appropriate.
• Process guest checks and payment transactions according to hotel procedures.
• Clear tables, loungers, and service areas of used dishes, glassware, and trash.
• Restock service stations, condiments, utensils, towels, and other supplies as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of pool decks, cabanas, and service areas.
• Communicate guest requests and concerns to appropriate departments and management.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, alcohol service, and hotel operating procedures.
