Transamerica is seeking a retirement plan client services professional to administer daily plans and strengthen client relationships. You will collaborate with Client Executives, research issues, and drive effective resolutions while upholding service standards across internal teams.

The role requires a business degree, 3+ years in client relationship roles (retirement/financial services preferred), and strong communication, presentation, and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business field or equivalent education/experience.
• Three years of customer relationship experience, including one year in retirement/financial services.
• Knowledge of daily administration of retirement plans.
• Excellent relationship management and ability to communicate with clients, orally and in writing.
• Effective presentation, influence and negotiation skills.
• Ability to align behaviors with Transamerica’s Future Fit Culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for daily administration of retirement plans with minimal supervision.
• Develop and foster proactive relationships with clients, financial professionals and internal teams.
• Research issues, negotiate resolutions, and communicate improvements to management.
• Lead strategic client meetings and assist with mentoring new account managers.
• Gather data from multiple systems to interpret and resolve problems.
