Transamerica, a leading financial services company, is seeking an Internal Sales trainee to provide customer education and guidance on retirement product solutions. The role focuses on building foundational client engagement skills while preparing for licensing and long-term career growth.

You will learn about account rollovers and retirement options, work towards licensing, and support the Advice Center sales team with operational activities in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• 1 year of experience in financial services
• Basic knowledge of financial products
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency using MS Office

Responsibilities

• Provide general product information to customers via phone and email
• Meet production goals as outlined in the training program
• Explain and educate customers on Brokerage IRA options
• Learn systems and regulatory compliance guidelines
• Complete training programs to prepare for licensing
• Document activities in Salesforce and other CRM systems
• Support the Advice Center sales team operationally
