Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar restaurant environment preferred.
• Food Handlers Card required.
• RBS Certification required.
• High School graduate.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
• Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.
• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to solve problems and make rational decisions.
• Knowledge of Restaurant operations, its services, and facilities.
• Must have superior guest service abilities as well as a complete understanding of California serving guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers and bartenders to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain a congenial, well-groomed appearance at all times.
• Prepare setups for service and support bar area.
• Help deliver a flawless dining experience with attentive service.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
• Support breakdown and cleanup of service areas.
