This role emphasizes inbound leads and referrals, blending sales skill with pool knowledge to guide clients from consultation through project handoff.

You will respond to qualified opportunities, visit properties, and present tailored repair and remodeling options while collaborating with operations for smooth handoffs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of pool industry sales, estimating, or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of pool equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, lighting, and resurfacing.
• Proven consultative sales ability with a track record of building long-term customer relationships.
• Proficiency using CRM platforms and modern construction management technology.
• Valid driver's license, willingness to travel locally, and comfort working around water.

Responsibilities

• Respond to qualified inbound, referral, repeat-customer, and self-generated sales opportunities.
• Conduct property visits across Las Vegas and Henderson to evaluate existing pool and spa systems.
• Recommend tailored repair, remodeling, and equipment solutions that match customer goals.
• Take accurate measurements, photos, and project notes to build clear, detailed proposals.
• Present estimates for projects ranging from minor equipment repairs to six-figure renovations.
• Guide customers through material selections, finish choices, and design showroom visits.

This consultative role focuses on qualified inbound leads and referrals rather than cold calling. You will combine sales skill with pool knowledge to guide clients from consultation through project handoff.

How You Will Make An Impact

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Strong working knowledge of pool equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, lighting, and resurfacing.
• Proven consultative sales ability with a track record of building long-term customer relationships.
• Proficiency using CRM platforms and modern construction management technology.
• Valid driver's license, willingness to travel locally, and comfort working around water.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Specialized experience in high-ticket residential or commercial swimming pool remodel sales.
• Hands-on background with JobTread software, Pool Studio, or visual design rendering tools.
• Familiarity working with HOAs, property managers, commercial entities, or hotel properties.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
