Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Keep premises clean and orderly; clean lighting, fixtures, and surfaces.
• Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, and restrooms; mop and vacuum.
• Cut and trim grass; perform general lawn maintenance as needed.
• Dust furniture and equipment; polish metalwork and wood surfaces.
• Wash walls, windows, and sills; replace light bulbs when required.
• Transport trash, dispose of waste, and replenish supplies.
