Job summary

Craft Master Custom Pools is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor/Project Manager for South Florida. You will oversee commercial and luxury residential aquatic projects from pre-construction through turnover, coordinating with office staff, PMs, homeowners, and ownership to keep sites on schedule and budget.

You’ll manage trade sequencing, permitting, blueprints interpretation, and quality/safety standards while using Procore/Buildertrend/JobTread to track progress and documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field or project coordination in commercial and/or high-end residential aquatics, hardscape, or general construction.
• Strong knowledge of pool/spa construction trades: excavation, shell, plumbing, hydraulics, electrical/bonding, finishes.
• Familiarity with Florida Building Code, ADA, and VGB/ANSI/APSP-7 standards.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors across multiple sites.
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore/Buildertrend/JobTread).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full project buildouts — layout, excavation, structural shell, MEP rough-in, finishes, punch-out, and owner turnover.
• Manage scheduling, RFIs, and change order tracking across active projects.
• Support subcontractor and crew coordination across multiple concurrent jobsites.

• Assist with site layout, excavation, grading, and utility work; read blueprints and engineered plans.

Field Supervisor/Project Manager - Pool Construction

Location: South Florida | Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Field Supervisor/Project Manager to support the full lifecycle of commercial and high-end luxury residential aquatics construction projects — from pre-construction through owner turnover. This role works hand-in-hand with the office staff, construction managers, other field supervisor/project managers, homeowners, sales, and ownership to keep multiple concurrent jobsites on schedule, on budget, and in compliance with all applicable codes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate full project buildouts — layout, excavation, structural shell, MEP rough-in, finishes, punch-out, and owner turnover.
• Manage scheduling, RFIs, and change order tracking across active projects.
• Support subcontractor and crew coordination, including sequencing of trades across multiple concurrent jobsites.
• Serve as a liaison between owners, designers, superintendents, and project managers from pre-construction through closeout.
• Assist with oversight of site layout, excavation, grading, compaction, underground utilities, forming, steel, concrete, gunite/shotcrete, and hardscape/deck construction.
• Track code compliance across projects, including Florida Building Code, ADA, and VGB/ANSI/APSP-7 pool safety standards.
• Support permitting and inspection coordination, including reading and interpreting blueprints and engineered plans.
• Help enforce quality control and jobsite safety standards.
• Utilize project management software (Procore, Buildertrend, JobTread) to track project status, documentation, and communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field or project coordination experience in commercial and/or high-end residential aquatics, hardscape, or general construction — South Florida market experience strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of pool/spa construction trades: excavation, structural shell, plumbing/hydraulics, pump and filtration systems, electrical/bonding (NEC Article 680), and finish trades.
• Familiarity with Florida Building Code, ADA, and VGB/ANSI/APSP-7 standards.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and crews across multiple active jobsites.
• Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Buildertrend, or JobTread.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineered plans.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; comfortable working directly with owners, designers, and field supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Florida Certified Pool/Spa Contractor (CPC) license, or working toward certification.
• Experience with builders, water features, and luxury residential aquatics.
