Job description

At Jim Hinson Pools, we’re not just building pools, we’re flipping the script on the entire construction game. As our next Project Manager, you’ll help lead the charge in a "process revolution" where client experience, integrity, and quality come first (and “chaos” is not invited to the party).

Our clients trust us with their homes and dreams, and you’ll be the one making sure everything comes together beautifully, without the headaches. You’ll keep the team on track, the clients smiling, and the schedule and budget tight.

This isn’t your typical construction gig; it’s your chance to be part of something bigger (and maybe have a laugh or two along the way).

Responsibilities
  • Owning projects from kickoff to cannonball: schedule, budget, communication, quality, and client happiness is your focus.
  • Leading with integrity: keep clients informed and confident knowing you’ve got a company behind you that values craftsmanship and transparency.
  • Herding subcontractors, laborers, and vendors—to keep projects humming along.
  • Spotting challenges early and squashing them before they derail your timeline.
  • Keeping an eagle eye on quality and safety with regular site visits.
  • Using smart tech and systems to streamline your life (and avoid 3 a.m. “Did we order the tile?” moments).
Qualifications
  • Solid experience managing residential or commercial construction projects (bonus points if you’ve got a few battle scars to prove it).
  • A knack for organizing the chaos and keeping everyone moving in the same direction.
  • A people person who can balance being professional and approachable.
  • A love for clear and constant communication.
  • A strong sense of pride in your work—you’re the “do it right the first time” type.
  • Quality is your middle name, you might even double and triple check your work sometimes to be sure you're proud to put your name, and our name on the project.
Why Jim Hinson Pools?

For over 50 years, we’ve been trusted to create stunning aquatic retreats—but we’re not stuck in the past. We’re building the most client‑focused, quality‑driven, and process‑obsessed construction company around, and our Project Managers are at the center of it.

Here, you’re not just running projects—you’re helping raise the bar for the entire industry (and having fun doing it). We’ll back you with the right tools, support, and a team that cares about doing things right.

Benefits
  • Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits, including Healthcare Spending Accounts (HSA/FSA).
  • 401K Plan.
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
  • Generous Paid Vacation, Sick Leave, and Holidays.
  • Opportunities for Professional Growth.
  • A vibrant, friendly, and professional workplace culture.
