Pacific Hospitality Group is seeking a pool hospitality attendant to warmly greet guests, assist with amenities, and maintain a clean and safe pool deck environment. You will help with towels, daybeds, and lounge areas, supporting a memorable guest experience.
You will also ensure proper flow of supplies, report repairs, and respond to guest questions, aiming for high satisfaction and efficient operation of pool facilities.

Welcomes and attends to recreation needs of all pool guests. Assists pool guests with use of pool facilities and amenities to include but not limited to showers, cabanas, daybeds, lounge chairs and pool towels. Ensures pool area is kept clean and appropriately supplied according to department procedures and standards to exceed guest satisfaction. Assists pool servers with delivering food and beverages to pool guests. Great If you have Prior food service experience desired. Prior related experience in a hotel or pool environment preferred. A basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, hotel service standards, guest relations and etiquette. A positive attitude and professional demeanor. Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills and commitment to a high level of guest satisfaction. No formal education required.
