A Food and Beverage Attendant affects every Guest experience at our restaurants, bars, room service, banquets, and in-hotel cafes. We always aim to deliver an experience that exceeds our Guests' food, beverage, and culinary expectations.

What will I be doing?

As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will uphold the highest standards for food and beverage operations across our venues and fulfill room service requests. Your responsibilities include:

• Receiving orders and serving customer requests promptly, including barista or bartender duties if required
• Understanding menu content, changes, and promotional activities
• Maintaining a clean, tidy, and well-prepared service area
• Managing the proper settlement of customer accounts
• Answering Guest queries politely and helpfully
