What will I be doing?

As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will uphold the highest quality standards for food and beverage operations inside our restaurants, bars, banquet facilities, in-hotel cafes, and fulfill room service requests. Your responsibilities include:

1. Receiving orders and serving customer requests promptly, including serving as a barista or cocktail attendant/bartender if required.
2. Understanding menu content, changes, and promotional activities.
3. Keeping your service area clean, tidy, and well-prepared.
4. Managing the proper settlement of all customer accounts efficiently.
5. Answering Guest queries politely and helpfully.
