What you will be doing

• Perform cleaning duties such as making beds, cleaning bathrooms, sweeping, vacuuming and dusting
• Ensure all rooms are cleaned and inspected according to standards
• Notify supervisors of any damages and/or deficits in any guest room, public area, or equipment
• Respond to guest complaints with professionalism and patience
• Restock cleaning carts and notify supervisors of anything that is low in stock
• Strictly adhere to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
• Assist team members with tasks to complete the day
