Join our social enterprise Café, Martha, as a Casual Food & Beverage Attendant in Newcastle West. CatholicCare Social Services Hunter-Manning, is a not-for-profit organisation and an agency of the Catholic Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle which offers community support and empowerment opportunities.

Martha Café is a social enterprise café owned and operated by CatholicCare Social Services Hunter Manning that operates Monday to Friday 7:30am – 3:30pm as well as hosts functions and conferences in the evenings, public holidays and on weekends.
Staffed by a Professional Chef, Food & Beverage Coordinator, and provides employment opportunities to a diverse range of individuals, including vulnerable young people, refugees, and asylum seekers.
The casual role of a Food & Beverage Attendant involves delivering social justice and community programs by working within the café and supporting events, functions, and catering needs.
Additionally, the attendant is expected to provide professional and friendly customer service, ensuring high-quality food and beverage service in compliance with Food Safety Standards and Responsible Service of Alcohol guidelines.
