Gaming Attendant - Evergreen FS - Bloomington, IL

Location: Bloomington, IL

Hourly Rate: $16-$18/hr

We are looking for friendly individuals who appreciate and understand the value of excellent customer service. Applicants must be over 21 years old to maintain safety, compliance guidelines, and ensure a quality gaming experience for our customers. This position is part-time, under 30 hours a week, with flexible scheduling available!

Responsibilities:

• Perform guest services by greeting guests with a warm and welcoming smile.
• Ensure guest area is clean and properly prepared between each guest. Maintain cleanliness and professionalism in restrooms and the location.
• Maintain a professional and calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events to keep store operations standard and set a positive example.
• Stock and restock beverages and snack areas; keep them clean and organized.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Meet safety and security policies and standards.
• Engage with guests to understand their needs and boundaries through clear communication.
• Perform various tasks within the store during each shift as needed.
• Monitor equipment and report any issues to management immediately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Friendly and attentive to customers.
• Ability to work alone for full shifts, restock products, and clean equipment and locations.
• Flexible schedule including some rotating nights and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening.
