Job summary

Bayonet Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning, a division of IES, is seeking a Plumbing Branch Manager in Florida. You will oversee all facets of the Ocala location, hire personnel to maintain workload, and drive growth while delivering high-quality service to customers.

You will create and maintain efficiencies, minimize operating costs, and lead a team across field operations, installation and service activities. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management or team leadership experience.
• 3+ years of Plumbing installation or repair experience.
• Ability to relate well with employees at all levels.
• Superior customer interaction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer and technology savvy.
• Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
