Job summary

KW Property Management & Consulting seeks an Amenity Ambassador for a premier oceanfront luxury community in Miami. You will deliver exceptional hospitality, maintain pool and beach areas, and create a welcoming experience for residents and guests.

In this on-site, non-exempt hourly role, you will keep spaces pristine, anticipate needs, assist with towel services, and support Spa and Fitness areas as needed. A High School Diploma and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality, amenity, or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in a luxury residential community, hotel, or resort is a plus.
• English communication skills required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Able to multitask, work independently and with others.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and guests warmly and professionally.
• Prepare and maintain pool and beach areas and refreshment stations.
• Keep amenity areas clean, stocked, and presented to luxury standards.
• Provide attentive service and promptly address requests.
• Assist with towel laundering and daily opening/closing procedures.
• Support Spa, Fitness Center and common areas as needed.
• Monitor equipment and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Promote association rules in a courteous manner.
• Assist with resident events and operational initiatives.
• Complete daily checklists and other duties as assigned.

We are seeking a dedicated, service-oriented Amenity Ambassador to join our team at a prestigious oceanfront luxury residential community, with a primary focus on Pool & Beach operations. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional hospitality, maintain immaculate amenity areas, and create a welcoming experience for residents and guests. Flexibility, teamwork, and a willingness to assist other departments as needed are essential.

Job Duties & Essential Functions

• Welcome residents and guests with a warm, professional, and hospitality-driven approach.
• Prepare and maintain Pool & Beach areas, including lounge chairs, umbrellas, towels, and refreshment stations.
• Ensure all amenity areas remain clean, organized, properly stocked, and consistently presented to luxury standards.
• Provide attentive service, anticipate residents' needs, and promptly address requests.
• Assist with towel laundering, replenishment of supplies, and daily opening and closing procedures.
• Support the cleanliness and organization of Spa, Fitness Center, and other common amenity areas as needed.
• Monitor equipment and facilities, reporting maintenance concerns or safety hazards promptly.
• Promote compliance with Association Rules and Regulations in a courteous and professional manner.
• Assist with resident events, special projects, and operational initiatives.
• Complete daily checklists and additional duties assigned by management.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This position involves indoor and outdoor work, including extended periods of standing and walking in varying weather conditions. Must be able to bend, reach, push, pull, and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be provided as required by law.
