Job summary

Kw-Property-Management- is seeking a Pool/Beach Attendant to maintain a safe, clean outdoor recreational area for residents and their guests in a luxury property setting. The role requires daily setup, welcoming residents, and assisting with lounge supplies and amenities.

Candidate should possess strong communication and teamwork skills, be comfortable working outdoors, and adhere to property standards and rules. This is an hourly position with shifts determined by the property.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Prior experience in a related position; experience at a luxury property or hotel is strongly preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests; maintain a positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the pool and beach areas are set up to company and property standards, on a daily basis.
• Be proactive in the ongoing enhancement of the beach.
• Welcome and greet residents and assist them with lounge covers, towels and umbrellas.
• Maintain guest areas for residents.
• Ensure proper use of amenities such as water, cold towels, ice buckets, sunscreen.
• Monitor compliance with Association Rules and Regulations.
• Report any malfunction or needed maintenance immediately to Supervisor.
• Work with Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining beach equipment.
• Remove dirty towels and trash.
• Maintain and organize the pool area including the furniture and equipment.

The position requires manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures. This position will require long periods of standing and walking, as well as working outdoors.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a non-exempt (hourly) position. Days and hours will be determined by the property. The schedule may change to accommodate the business needs of the property.

Required Education and Experience
