Job summary

KW Property Management & Consulting is seeking a beach/pool attendant to uphold luxury property standards in a permitted outdoor setting. You will set up and maintain the pool and beach areas, assist residents with lounge items, and ensure compliance with property rules while working closely with maintenance staff.

Experience at a luxury property or hotel is preferred. The role requires effective teamwork, a positive attitude, and the ability to work outdoors in a busy environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up pool and beach areas to company and property standards daily.
• Be proactive in the ongoing enhancement of the beach.
• Welcome residents and assist with lounge covers, towels and umbrellas.
• Maintain guest areas and ensure proper use of poolside amenities.
• Monitor compliance with Association Rules and Regulations.
• Report any malfunction to Supervisor promptly.
• Work with Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining beach equipment.
• Remove dirty towels and trash.
• Maintain pool area furniture and overall space.

Duties and Essential Functions

Physical Demands

The employee is occasionally required to sit, stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push and pull items weighing 25 pounds or less. The position requires manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures. This position will require long periods of standing and walking, as well as working outdoors.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a non-exempt (hourly) position. Days and hours will be determined by the property. The schedule may change to accommodate the business needs of the property.

Required Education and Experience
