Dow Inc. is seeking an experienced polyurethane formulator in rigid foams to join our product and application development team in Marietta, GA. You will lead technical interactions with customers, develop business cases, and guide scale-up from lab to production while collaborating across functions.

The role emphasizes cross-functional communication, rigorous experimentation, and delivering solutions that meet growth, performance, and sustainability goals for Dow and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or an applied science related field.
• Minimum 6 years’ relevant working experience in rigid foam polyurethane products.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Designs value-creating solutions for the customer in response to problems with defined scope and impact
• Develops hypotheses, plans & executes experiments, interprets results, and updates hypotheses
• Provides technical support for trials and scale-up of Dow products at customer locations
• Collaborates across research, commercial, supply chain and manufacturing
• Generates ideas and data to support intellectual capital and protects Dow’s IP
• Engages with external professional organizations and represents the Dow Polyurethanes brand
• Documents work in internal reports and presentations
