Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking an experienced polyurethane formulator in rigid foams to join our product and application development team at Dow’s Polyurethanes HQ in Marietta, GA.

Lead technical interactions with customers and collaborate across technical, commercial and manufacturing functions to deliver solutions. The role requires independent work, cross-functional teamwork, and the ability to scale up new products from lab to production assets, while ensuring rigorous technical support for trials and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field (Ex. Polymer Science).
• Minimum 6 years’ experience leading projects in rigid foam polyurethane development.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design value-creating solutions responding to customer problems.
• Plan and execute experiments, interpret results, refine hypotheses.
• Provide technical support during trials and scale-up of new products.
• Collaborate across R&D, commercial, supply chain and manufacturing.
• Protect Dow’s intellectual capital when working with customers.
• Engage with external professional organizations to stay current.
• Document work in internal reports and presentations.
