Responsibilities

• Log in to the CRM system and manage incoming leads.
• Respond to customer inquiries through the CRM and phone.
• Introduce our company and understand customer requirements.
• Answer questions about plastic materials using product knowledge.
• Raise demand tickets in the CRM for out-of-stock products.
• Prepare and share offers with customers.
• Follow up and coordinate with customers and internal teams until the deal is closed.
• Maintain updated lead information and communication records in the system.
