AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a professional Receptionist for a well-established CPA firm in Maitland, FL. This front-desk role emphasizes client interaction, organization, and delivering a welcoming first impression during a fast-paced tax season.

The position is 100% onsite, with a Monday–Friday schedule and extended tax-season hours. Temp-to-perm placement with benefits such as medical insurance, Aflac, direct deposit, and long-term opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3+ years of receptionist or administrative support experience preferred.
• Outlook experience is required.
• Word and Excel experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during high-volume periods.
• Strong professional phone etiquette and excellent communication skills.
• Must be available for January–May tax-season schedule with no vacation planned.
• Comfortable learning ProSeries and Revver.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors professionally while maintaining a welcoming reception area.
• Answer and direct incoming calls using strong phone etiquette and active listening.
• Schedule appointments using a traditional appointment book and help manage front-office traffic.
• Log, organize, file, and send client documents and paperwork accurately.
• Perform data entry and general administrative support tasks for the office team.
• Maintain composure and provide solutions-focused service when assisting clients.
