Job summary

RDG is seeking a Financial Document Preparation Specialist in Boise, ID to create standardized financial documents and structured Excel templates for client onboarding. You will format documents, ensure accuracy, and maintain organized libraries.

Work closely with onboarding specialists to translate requirements into polished templates, update SOPs, and perform quality reviews. Requires strong Excel and Word skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Excel (formulas, references, data validation) and Word (styles, tables, sections, formatting).
• Independent work style with collaborative skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and process discipline.
• Experience in document preparation or financial reporting support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and format standardized financial documents according to RDG’s guidelines.
• Build and update Excel templates with correct formulas and data fields.
• Conduct quality reviews for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain organized document libraries and version control.
• Update internal SOPs to keep documentation current.
• Collaborate with onboarding specialists to translate requirements into templates.
• Troubleshoot and correct formatting or structure issues.
• Assist with template updates after client onboarding.
