RDG Filings in Boise, ID is seeking a Production Manager I to create and maintain XBRL-formatted documents for SEC filings and to support tagging, QA, and EDGAR filings. The role requires a solid accounting background with GAAP knowledge and the ability to work under deadlines.

The right candidate will have a two- or four-year degree in accounting or related field, strong communication, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Two- or four-year degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Fundamental accounting and intermediate accounting courses recommended.
• Knowledge of GAAP and corporate financial statements.
• Ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain XBRL-formatted documents for SEC filings.
• Maintain knowledge of RDG XBRL best practices.
• Support XBRL tagging, QA, and EDGAR filings.
• Provide prompt and accurate service to clients while maintaining confidentiality.
