Our Over-the-Phone Interpreters (OPI) and Video Remote Interpreters (VRI) at Future Group Translation and Localization Services facilitate accurate communication between non-English and English speakers during calls. Requirements

Your background and experience:

• Fluent in English (source language) and native in Polish (target language).
• At least 1 year of over-the-phone interpretation experience in a reputable company is preferred.
• Good knowledge of medical terminology.
• Knowledge of legal terminology is a plus.
• Certifications in healthcare (e.g., PICSI, ALTA, HIPAA) are advantageous.
• High school diploma in your native language.
• High emotional intelligence and cultural tolerance.
• Excellent communication, listening, note-taking, and memory skills.
