Qualifikationen

• Polish language fluency (spoken and written) is required.
• EU passport is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and individually.
• Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide exceptional customer support and technical assistance to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues within the Customer Support Services sector.
• Identify trends and isolate recurring problems to relevant departments for long-term solutions.
• Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and protocols.
