Qualifications

• Native or fluent Greek (spoken and written) is essential.
• Proficiency in English to communicate within our multinational environment.
• Proven experience in Customer Support Services or a client-facing role.
• EU passport or legal right to work within the EU.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay composed in a fast-paced setting.
• Genuine passion for delivering exceptional service as a Solutions Consultant.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for Greek-speaking clients, delivering industry-leading support solutions.
