Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel its growth engine by qualifying leads and partnering with Account Executives to build Stripe’s sales pipeline. You will identify high-potential verticals, follow up on marketing-generated leads, and help design scalable demand creation and outreach strategies.

The role emphasizes data-driven prospecting, outbound campaigns, and collaboration with marketing to refine targeting and messaging.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-potential businesses, verticals and markets, and develop and execute outbound strategies to bring them to Stripe.
• Follow up with Marketing generated leads to qualify as sales opportunities and arrange meetings.
• Develop campaigns from idea-generation through to qualified calls and scale them.
• Codify sales workflows for scaled interactions with prospects.
• Initiate contact with potential customers through cold-calling or inquiries from Marketing.
• Partner with Account Executives to build strategy and prospect into designated accounts.
• Develop relationships to uncover needs and qualify interest for hand-off to sales.
• Follow-up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not initially result in a sales opportunity.
• Maintain CRM updates and support weekly reporting; collaborate with Marketing to improve targeting and messaging.
